Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to source and ship your order, which may include international warehousing. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PetDashian is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
